DBA 4000 SERIES T3 SLOTTED ROTORS
The DBA 4000 Series T3 One Piece Slotted Rotor design is built on the T2 design but with an increased number of slots, taking it from 32 to 48 CNC machined slots. The result is an even quieter, more responsive and smoother brake pedal feel. This is achieved from a series of tri-symmetrical "curved" slots, which when aligned in a specific way, drastically dampen the vibration harmonics that is commonly associated with traditional straight slot (groove) rotor designs.

GIRODISC 2-PIECE SLOTTED ROTORS & REPLACEMENT RINGS
Aluminum center hat and curved, directional vane design cools better and is able to withstand repeated abuse on the street and track. The aluminum center hat not only saves weight (3.5-6lbs per rotor) over the OE, but also has a floating design allowing the rotor and hat to expand separately as they heat up to help prevent cracking and rotor coning.

RACING BRAKE REPLACEMENT HARDWARE
RB has developed McLaren-style replacement hardware for Brembo OE two-piece rotors such as those rotors on the Evo X MR, and Nissan GT-R R35. This hardware fits rotor rings with a 9mm round hole. The bolts are tempered to grade 10.9 and secured with a standard socket wrench. Each hardware set contains four pieces: Bolt, nut, spring clip, and I-block.

GIRODISC TITANIUM HEAT SHIELDS
The Girodisc solution to help prevent fluid boiling is to use a thin titanium shim placed between the pad back and the pistons, to keep the braking heat from transferring into the pistons and fluid.
