STM EVO X RACE INTERCOOLER
The new STM Race Intercooler is everything you need in a bolt-on FMIC to handle 1000+ HP in your Evo X! USA made by the STM fabrication team utilizing a 4.5" thick Bell core for quality second to none! Designed with a 2.5" inlet and 3" outlet, so if you're running the stock outlet pipe, you'll need a reducing coupler which we have available.

STM EVO X STREET INTERCOOLER
The STM Evo X Street Intercooler is made in-house from a 750 HP-rated 3" Garrett core with tig-welded, aluminum end tanks and bead-rolled 2.5" pipe outlets. Pressure tested to 50 psi. This intercooler is a stock-replacement and will bolt right up to your factory couplers, or stock-location, aftermarket piping. Our 3" core design is plenty enough to support 750 HP, while keeping the size, and more importantly, weight, down!

BUSCHUR INTERCOOLER
The Buschur Racing FMIC upgrade core measures at 12" x 4.5" x 18" which is the largest core offered by any company for the Evo X. When dyno tested, it has shown a gain 21.3hp and 19ft tq. while keeping intake temps down to a minimum on the Buschur Racing Project X.
The kit will include all couplings, clamps and hardware needed for installation.

AMS INTERCOOLER
This is a direct bolt-on utilizing your stock piping and mounting points with purpose built end tanks for the EVO X. With over 80% more internal flow area than its stock counterpart, AMS's stock EVO X gained 10 Wheel horsepower over the stock core just by bolting it on, without even re-tuning the ECU!

ETS INTERCOOLER
The ETS Evo X Intercooler factory in and out locations allow for the inlet and outlet to be at diagonally opposing corners of the core. This provides the best possible airflow distribution through the core's height making sure that all charge rows are used effectively.

The STM Titanium Upper Intercooler Pipe Kit for the Evolution X replaces the pipe from your turbo to intercooler. Features show-quality, pie-cut, tig welded, 2.5" titanium for performance and durability and includes 6 stainless T-Bolt clamps and 3 high-quality black, STM silicone couplers and titanium hardware.

This STM 2.5" 90° Compressor Outlet Pipe Kit allows you to take a down-firing or up-firing 2.5" compressor outlet and bring it to either side, where most intercooler piping is typically located. We include new stainless T-clamps, a 2.5" brushed aluminum joiner in a 6" or 8" length and a 2.5" high-quality 90° silicone coupler with 10" legs that you can easily cut to fit your exact set-up.

TOMEI TITANIUM UPPER INTERCOOLER PIPE KIT
The stock rubber hose is not suitable for the high temperature and boost that the Evo X is capable of when pushed for performance. The piping will deform and hinder the air flow to the engine's intake. Eliminate that possibility with the Tomei Titanium Pipe. Fits all Evo X models and weighs 25% less than the stock rubber hose.

AMS UPPER IC PIPE
Direct replacement for your factory upper intercooler pipe. Available with a black powdercoat finish or polished aluminum. By simply installing this Upper Intercooler Pipe you can expect to see 5 awhp peak and 10+ awhp gains in the midrange over stock without even re-tuning the ECU!

AMS LOWER IC PIPE (EVO X)
This is a direct replacement for your factory lower intercooler pipe. Made from lightweight 2.5" mandrel bent aluminum tubing with bead rolled pipe ends then mounted to the core support (in the factory location) to help prevent couplers from popping off under boost. And it is all beautifully tig-welded at AMS in Chicago.

ETS LOWER INTERCOOLER PIPING KIT
Removes the factory rubber hoses which are prone to ballooning and popping off under higher boost pressure. From the intercooler outlet the 2.5" mandrel bent piping continues around the core support, with only two gradual radius bends in its entire length, to the lower intercooler pipe bracket before making a straight shot to the throttle body.

BUSCHUR UPPER IC PIPE
The Buschur Racing 2008 Mitsubishi Evolution X upper intercooler pipe is made from 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel and includes couplings and clamps.
You will see a decent gain in HP and Torque, and also, notice increased throttle response.

BUSCHUR RACING EVO X LOWER IC PIPE KIT (NON-MR)
The tubing (available brushed or polished) is mandrel bent 304 grade Stainless Steel, a little shorter and much smoother than the stock one. Also, you're able to relocate the BOV return hose using the stock hose to make it all look a LOT better under the hood. This will work with the factory FMIC and will work with the Buschur X FMIC as well!

BUSCHUR LOWER IC PIPE (EVO X MR)
The buschur MR pipe is a little shorter and much smoother than the stock one. This will allow you to relocate the BOV return hose using the stock hose to make it all look a LOT better under the hood. The tubing is mandrel bent 304 grade SS. The lower i/c pipe (and the Buschur upper i/c pipe) both work with the factory FMIC and the Buschur FMIC, but WILL NOT work with the stock airbox.
